😢LATE CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client in need of care. Cancellations less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows, will be subject to 50% of the cost of your treatment. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file and cannot be billed to your insurance or ICBC. Thank you for supporting in helping us provide quality care to all our patients.

🚗 MOBILE APPOINTMENTS Care doesn’t stop at our doors. Our flat rate, travel fee of $35 reflects the care it takes to come to you.

🏫 MASSAGE INTERNS Our massage interns are graduates of certified Massage Therapy schools. As our interns wait to write their registration exams, they cannot bill extended health benefits, thus, providing a cost-effective option for individuals who do not have, or have used all of their extended health benefits, but still wish to receive high quality care.
