If you’re covered by Pacific Blue Cross, we can directly bill both your primary and secondary insurance plans. For all other providers, please note: we can only bill your primary insurance plan. Any claims to secondary insurers must be submitted by you. In the event of any unforeseen issues with your coverage, full payment will be required after your appointment.

😢LATE CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client in need of care. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be subject to 50% of the cost of your treatment. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file and cannot be billed to Extended Health Insurance or ICBC. Thank you for your understanding and support in helping us provide quality care to all our clients.

Athletic Therapy
Athletic Therapy isn't reserved for athletes. Its name simply encompasses the approach. The treatment protocols follow a sports medicine rehabilitation model to manage injuries. These could be sustained during sporting activities, recreation, occupational activities, and daily activities. Your Athletic Therapist at Diep Therapy will work with you to understand your injuries, treat them and their underlying causes to ensure it doesn't happen again.
Massage Intern
Our bodyworkers are currently in school, studying to become a Registered Massage Therapist. As our student interns wait to write their registration exams, they cannot bill extended health benefits, thus, providing a cost-effective option for individuals who do not have, or have used all of their extended health benefits, but still wish to receive high quality care.
